Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Home Curated. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange and we will provide further instructions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
